Connectivity

New Anglia's Enterprise Zone has excellent transport connections to Europe, London and the rest of the UK.
Airports and Heliports
Norwich International Airport offers UK and international air connections and helicopter transfers for the oil and gas industry. Direct flights to business destinations include Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, where world-wide connections can be made.
There is a Heliport at Great Yarmouth, helicopter facilities in Lowestoft and air strip at Ellough, just a few miles south of Lowestoft.
Ports
Two ports (Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft) which have been the UK's leaders in supporting the offshore energy sector in the Southern North Sea. They are the closest ports to the East Anglia Array wind farm, a 7200 MW, 1200 turbine development - only 44 km from the East Anglia coast.
Easy access to the Round 3 Hornsea and Dogger Bank developments and many Round 2 Developments.
Other ports locally include Well, King's Lynn, Ipswich, Port of Felixstowe, which is the UK's largest container port and Harwich International, the container and passenger port.
Road and Rail
The A12, A11 and A14 provide connections to the UK's motorway network. There are also regular, direct trains to London, which link to the rest of the UK.
